This role offers the opportunity to provide testing services, psychotherapy, or both service lines. We offer our Psychologists: Flexible schedules - create your own schedule and have full autonomy over your caseload Competitive compensation model based on productivity - up to $111,000 - $140,000/year, no cap. + annual cash bonus incentive Sign-on bonus! 100% outpatient – no nights, weekends, or hospital calls Hybrid options : Telemedicine & in-person care Comprehensive benefits : W2 position, health, dental, vision, 401k w/ match, parental leave & more Modern offices , digital tools & full admin support Collegial team & strong work/life balance Our Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists who are: Fully licensed in Indiana, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experienced with conducting a variety of assessments with the adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Experienced with testing intakes, planning batteries for assessments, report writing and feedback sessions.
