Operations Supervisor Location: Houston, Texas (TX) Salary: $53,000 – $55,000 annually, plus a full benefit package. Job Summary: The Security Operations Supervisor leads and supports security teams across multiple locations, overseeing Field Supervisors and security officers. The role ensures adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. The candidate will be a hands‑on leader focused on coaching and developing teams, conducting site audits, resolving operational challenges, and supporting branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement. Responsibilities Lead and support security teams across multiple locations. Oversee Field Supervisors and security officers. Ensure adherence to site procedures, operational standards, and client requirements. Coach and develop teams. Conduct site audits. Resolve operational challenges. Support branch administration to drive service excellence and employee engagement. Qualifications Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service. Assists with onboarding and directly develops high caliber staff. Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities. Is organized, self‑disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels. Education & Experience At least 18 years of age. Associate degree. 1 year of experience in security operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
