School Psychologist – Full-Time School Based Bond Healthis seeking a qualified School Psychologist for a full-time school-based position. The School Psychologist will provide psychological evaluations, diagnostic services, therapeutic interventions, behavioral support, and consultation in accordance with program policies, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments, including evaluations of intelligence and adaptive behavior. Administer, score, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests in cognitive and emotional areas. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessments. Provide psychological counseling, behavioral management, crisis intervention, and other services as prescribed by treatment plans. Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) as needed. Provide parent training and counseling and conduct outreach to families. Conduct play therapy with children when appropriate. Monitor treatment plans, therapy progress, and make recommendations as needs change. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, annual reviews, case conferences, and pre-admission evaluations. Consult with families and staff to integrate therapeutic interventions into the school and home environment. Train program staff on treatment goals, behavior-management techniques, and interpretation of assessment results. Assist with classroom management and other student-support needs as required. Maintain appropriate documentation, records, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology – Required Current NYSED School Psychologist Certification – Required Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin) Minimum 1 year of comparable experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of standard psychometric assessment instruments, including the Wechsler series and Stanford-Binet Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Sound professional judgment and ability to respond appropriately to unusual situations Strong computer skills and knowledge of appropriate software #J-18808-Ljbffr Bond Health
