This is an excellent role for a restaurant cook, sauté cook, grill cook, or prep-focused culinary professional who enjoys a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in serving consistently excellent American cuisine. You will have the opportunity to sharpen your skills across restaurant service and private events while contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Culinary Arts or formal culinary training is welcomed, though equivalent hands-on kitchen experience is valued.
• Experience with food cost management, pastry making, soup making, breakfast service, pantry preparation, or special-diet cooking will help you thrive.
• Knowledge of menu development and banquet production is a plus for cooks looking to expand their culinary range.
• We have trained many people to be line cooks who started in different poisitions at the restaurant.
• This position coule also lead to a higher level management position for the right person

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn a competitive hourly wage of $19 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
