Civil Litigation Attorney (Early Career)

We are proactively seeking Litigation Attorneys with experience representing public sector entities in civil litigation. This is a full-time, on-site contract opportunity supporting Epiq Counsel clients. We are actively seeking Litigation Attorneys located in the New York metropolitan area with the following qualifications: Minimum of 1 and up to 6 years of post-bar experience. Experience drafting pleadings, briefs and motions. Experience performing discovery and document review. Experience taking and defending depositions. Experience arguing motions. Experience negotiating settlements. JD Degree from an accredited institution. Active member of the New York State Bar in good standing. Must be registered with the NY State Office of Court Administration. Admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY.
