Procedures: EUS (with FNA, use of Axios stents, cyst-gastrostomies), EMR, ERCP (with spy glass, with EHL), endoscopy with endoluminal stent placement, general GI procedures (EGDs, colonoscopies, flexible sigmoidoscopies, PEG tube placements, paracentesis (rarely).
