Licensed Master Plumber - Multifamily & New Construction

Location: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and surrounding Mid-Atlantic states

Salary: $60,000-$80,000+, depending on experience and licensing

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Master Plumber to support a growing portfolio of new-construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, hospitality and large-scale residential construction. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who can manage high-quality plumbing installations while maintaining safety, productivity, code compliance and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and oversee underground, rough-in, domestic water, sanitary, storm, gas and plumbing fixture systems.

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and submittals.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes and project requirements.

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, general contractors and other trades.

• Identify field issues early and assist with practical solutions.

• Support inspections, testing, commissioning and project closeout.

Requirements

• Active Master Plumber license in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or another relevant Mid-Atlantic jurisdiction.

• Proven multifamily or large-scale new-construction experience.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, materials and installation methods.

• Ability to lead crews and maintain project quality and productivity.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between regional projects
