Product Analytics Lead

Job Description Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation) Product analytics Event tracking frameworks Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications Knowledge of: API-based integrations Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform Enable tracking of: Feature usage and product adoption User behavior and engagement Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs Work closely with: Product teams Engineering teams AI application teams Drive integration of Amplitude with: AI-powered workflows Define: Event tracking strategy Instrumentation standards Adoption metrics Product usage insights Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong hands-on experience with Amplitude (implementation and instrumentation) Expertise in: Product analytics Event tracking frameworks Experience integrating analytics platforms with applications Knowledge of: Data pipelines API-based integrations Roles & Responsibilities Own implementation, rollout, and scaling of Amplitude platform Enable tracking of: Feature usage and product adoption User behavior and engagement Acceptance vs override vs trust signals in AI outputs Work closely with: Product teams Engineering teams AI application teams Drive integration of Amplitude with: Applications under development AI-powered workflows Define: Event tracking strategy Instrumentation standards Build dashboards for: Adoption metrics Product usage insights Support ongoing enhancements of analytics and reporting Generic Managerial Skills, If any Ability to quickly take over platform from product team Strong capability to work across: Business + technical stakeholders Capable of scaling adoption across multiple applications Salary Range: $120,000- 135,000 a year Employee Benefits Discretionary Annual Incentive.
