Pay Rate: $50-52/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, telemetry monitoring experience, and the ability to care for adult and geriatric patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver nursing care to Med Surg/Telemetry patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Interpret cardiac telemetry monitoring and manage cardiac drips
- Provide care for post-surgical patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Supervise CNAs, SNAs, and other assigned healthcare personnel
- Maintain professional nursing standards and compliance with facility policies
- Accurately document patient care using Cerner EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN License
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry nursing experience
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Experience managing cardiac drips
- Experience caring for post-surgical patients
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
- Cerner EMR experience
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Fully COVID-19 vaccinated

- Per diem opportunity with flexible scheduling
- Must work a minimum of Three shift every 30 days
- Multiple openings available
- Orientation offered on designated 12-hour shifts
