Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled Nursing & Rehab

CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support delivery of high-quality rehabilitative care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In this resident-centered role, you will implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility activities to help residents regain strength, independence, and confidence. You will document progress, assist with care planning, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment focused on superior outcomes and personalized care.
