Pay Range: Competitive hourly pay, fully dependent on your skill level and verifiable field experience.

Minimum Requirements (Both Positions)

• Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to job sites or the main shop daily.
• Safety: Must strictly follow safe work practices and wear required PPE.

Position 1: Electrical Helper

Great for: Formally trained trade school grads or individuals with 1–2 years of field experience looking to advance their career.

Also acepting candidates with fewer experience but willimgness to learn and develop themselves.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull wire, run conduit, and mount boxes under the guidance of a lead electrician.
  • Load/unload materials and keep the job site and service trucks clean and organized.
  • Learn local building codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC) on the job.
• Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and electrical safety protocols.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to take direction.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders.

Position 2: Lead Electrician / Journeyman

Great for: Experienced field pros who can read blueprints, troubleshoot, and work completely unassisted.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Rough-in, wire, and trim out systems cleanly and in compliance with the NEC.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical issues.
  • Lead, direct, and mentor 1–2 helpers on-site to keep projects on schedule.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, or general contractors.
• Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of hands-on electrical field experience (Journeyman card preferred).
  • Proficient at reading blueprints, circuit diagrams, and technical layouts.
  • Must have your own set of professional hand tools and cordless drills.
