Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments of new clients, developing tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

  • Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while adjusting care plans in response to shifts in patient status.

  • Provide individual and family therapy to diverse populations, effectively engaging clients through skills-development and therapeutic interventions.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurers, and community resources to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care that aligns with their treatment goals.

  • Organize and prioritize daily workflow based on the needs of current, new, and discharging patients, ensuring timely and efficient care.

  • Provide referrals for additional services such as community programs, peer support groups, and to other specialists when necessary.

  • Participate in discharge planning that includes follow-up care recommendations and smooth transitions to other care providers.

  • Actively advocate for patients and their families, facilitating effective communication with care teams to enhance overall treatment outcomes.

  • Monitor and assess risk factors that may lead to delays or complications in patient care, coordinating strategies to mitigate these issues.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and peer supervision to stay updated with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Our patient-centered approach emphasizes individual strengths and resilience, allowing clients to engage in their healing journey actively.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

  • Familiarity with community mental health resources and services to assist clients effectively.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus as an incentive to join our team.
