We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our dynamic and caring team. At Grenville-Dundas Veterinary Clinic, we go above and beyond for our clients and patients, all while fostering a fun and lively work environment. As a Veterinary Technician at Grenville-Dundas, you'll work alongside our dedicated doctors, providing top-notch care to our patients. From physical examinations to surgeries, dental procedures to immunizations, your skills will shine.

Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with clients and colleagues.
• Execute quality diagnostic imaging.
• Provide excellent veterinary nursing care while adhering to provincial regulations and low stress handling techniques.
• Administer and analyze diagnostic tests as directed by the Veterinarian.
• Assist Veterinarian with surgical and therapeutic procedures, including administering and monitoring anesthesia and analgesia.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and support a collaborative work environment and assist other team members as needed.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
• Graduation from a CVMA or OAVT accredited Veterinary Technician program
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general practice
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding veterinary code of ethics.
