If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Client Experience Value Architect to join our Clients & Markets organization.Responsibilities:Build and run a clear framework to measure and quantify the business value of client experience (CX) initiativesCreate and maintain an executive-level dashboard that unifies metrics from across teams and platforms into a single source of truthTranslate complex, raw data into narrative-driven performance reports and business cases for leadershipPartner with client-facing teams to establish baseline performance metrics and track improvements post-CX interventionSupport junior team members, prioritizing workstreams to ensure high-quality, timely insightsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, analytics, or performance managementBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or relevant professional certifications preferredProven experience designing KPI frameworks, OKR implementation methodologies, and performance measurement systems that drive business outcomesPractical experience using data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to present operational and financial dataStrong communication skills to collaborate with and gain consensus from partners and account teamsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
