Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, limitations, and rehabilitation potential Provide expert therapy services to patients with a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including but not limited to neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions Collaborate with other members of the rehabilitation team, including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and rehabilitation strategies Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program Minimum of 0 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a passion for learning and growth Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arkansas Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development A competitive salary and benefits package A caring and compassionate team environment that prioritizes patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr The Springs
