The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the reliability of mill equipment and providing day-to-day leadership to themaintenance team by leading by example, promoting safety, supporting continuous improvement, and delivering efficient, high-qualitymaintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Lead anddevelop the maintenance team by setting direction, supporting hiring andscheduling, and coaching performance to build a skilled, engaged crew.
• Promote astrong safety culture by enforcing safety programs, coaching safe workpractices, and ensuring compliance across maintenance activities.
• Plan andoversee maintenance work to ensure high-quality execution, reliable equipmentperformance, and minimal disruption to mill operations.
• Managesystems, resources, and budgets by using the CMMS to track work and parts,improving equipment reliability, and controlling maintenance spending.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• At least 1 year leading a maintenance team
• Knowledge of wood products manufacturing or similar heavy-industrial operations
• Comfortableusing CMMS and MS Office
