Position Summary

South Texas Oilfield Solutions is seeking a qualified Driver / Operator to safely transport oilfield equipment, fluids, and personnel to and from company locations and job sites. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement , demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service, and have the ability to operate commercial vehicles in a variety of environments, including off-road oilfield locations.

This position requires a dependable, safety-focused individual capable of working long hours, traveling frequently, and performing physical labor associated with loading, unloading, and securing equipment.

Yard Locations

• Campbellton Yard (Available man camp)
• Carrizo Springs Yard (Available man camp)
• Freer Yard (Available man camp)
• Encinal Yard (No man camp)

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A CDL trucks and trailers safely.
• Deliver and pick up oilfield equipment and/or fluids as required.
• Complete inspections, driver logs, and delivery paperwork.
• Travel frequently to oilfield and customer job sites.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Tanker endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record (maximum of 2 violations in the last 3 years)
• Valid DOT Medical Card obtained through an approved company physician
• Ability to independently secure oilfield equipment without supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of DOT Hours of Service regulations
• Strong safety mindset
• Good communication and organization skills

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work long shifts, including up to 12 hours driving.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in hot, cold, and challenging weather conditions.
• Wear required PPE including FR clothing, steel-toe boots, respirator, and H2S monitor.
