Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ strengths and needs using standardized and functional assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classroom and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student access to the curriculum
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, evaluations, and progress reports
• Educate school staff and families about accommodations, assistive devices, and strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
