Position Schedule and Location: 3:45 pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Friday, In-Home, LaGrange, GA. All BeeKind cases are M-F. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance. BeeKind sessions last up to 3-4 hours per case. Plus, say goodbye to weekend work!

The Basics

Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $18 - $25 per hour + extensive employee benefits with part-time/full time opportunities + annual raises. Your Day as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.

Requirements for a Registered Behavior Technician

40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills

Valid RBT certification

Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional

Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes

Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!
