About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Projects and Operations to play a pivotal role in the leadership of its global in-house creative marketing agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational engine, with a focus on strengthening and evolving the operating model to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative assets that support global marketing campaigns at scale. This role demands a proven, results-oriented individual with a strong background in creative operations, capable of turning complexity into clear, predictable processes. The AVP will lead the project management group, direct strategic operational programs, and oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of creative assets across various markets and channels. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a creative operations leadership role, either within an agency or an in-house creative organization. The role requires a history of building strong teams, developing talent, and managing operational models that deliver creative assets at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, be adept at capacity planning, and possess the ability to motivate teams while interfacing with senior leadership. Key responsibilities include improving intakes, prioritizing and modeling workflows, and ensuring that new work aligns with the agency's goals. The AVP will also be the senior point of escalation for complex projects and will partner closely with various team leaders to ensure effective collaboration.
