What You'll Do

As the Internet Sales Manager, you'll lead our digital sales strategy, drive lead conversion, and coach a team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work closely with dealership leadership to maximize appointment volume, showroom traffic, vehicle sales, and overall team performance.

• Lead and develop the Internet Sales and BDC team.

• Drive lead conversion, appointment-setting, showroom traffic, and sales results.

• Ensure timely and professional follow-up on all internet, phone, text, chat, and third-party leads.

• Maintain CRM accountability and monitor lead management performance.

• Analyze KPIs including conversion rates, appointment show rates, and closing ratios.

• Partner with Sales and F&I leadership to create a seamless customer experience.

• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.

• Collaborate with marketing partners to maximize lead generation and digital performance.

• Monitor online reputation, CSI results, and customer feedback.

• Prepare performance reports and action plans for dealership leadership.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a leader who understands the automotive sales process, knows how to motivate a team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Automotive sales, BDC, or internet sales leadership experience within a franchise dealership.

• A history of driving appointments, lead conversion, and sales results.

• Strong coaching and team development skills.

• Experience using CRM and lead management tools to improve performance.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
