The Role in BriefThe Interior Designer will possess the skills to be an integral part of the interior design effort through all phases of a project. This position requires the candidate to be a leader within a team to develop solutions, create project designs, and participate in design charrettes. The Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks including programming, small to large-scale space planning, and must possess a working knowledge of interior construction detailing, interior specification coordination, be able to create conceptual designs and FF&E specifications. The ID will be responsible for preparing and leading presentations, design drawings, and managing construction drawings as well as coordination of all trades related to interior building design.6+ years of professional experience requiredProficiency in Revit and Adobe suite softwareExcellent graphic presentation skillsStrong communication skillsKnowledge of Building CodesAbility to multitask and self-manage timeProfessional degree in Interior DesignProfessional experience in healthcare designStrongly Preferred:NCIDQ and LEED accreditationRendering experience with Enscape or similar programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
