Infrastructure Services Analyst

Providing technical support in infrastructure services, the full-time Analyst I Infrastructure Services will assist with issue resolution, contribute to projects under supervision, and participate in monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure systems. Key responsibilities Respond to technical issues and assist in infrastructure tasks Contribute to infrastructure projects and support documentation development Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems while collaborating with the team Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically 2+ years of relevant work experience in infrastructure technology analysis Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving A continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technology Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus
