Sripadha Inc, a Las Vegas, NV based IT Solutions firm, has multiple openings for (Software Developer)

Job duties include:

Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, System administration issues or network concerns.

Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, Change Management and CMDB modules within ServiceNow platform.

Review/update of all service catalog forms, Change form references to old classes, Modify reference qualifiers on form references and UI Policies/Client scripts as needed.

Configure the SQL server of BDNA integration in ServiceNow to create the database

Integrate with external systems such as Azure, Checkmarx, SonarQube, AppSpider.

Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for the ServiceNow issues caused due to patching

Involve in migration of existing relationships to CSDM relationship and Updation of CMDB Import feeds to populate changed relationships.

Involve in migration of existing CI’s to new classes, Reclassification of Business Applications to Business Applications & Technical Services.
