Automotive Sales Assistant – Lexus of Cool Springs

Lexus of Cool Springs is hiring a Full-Time Sales Assistant to support our Sales Department in delivering world-class customer service and growing the Lexus brand. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone who's proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to launch or grow a career in the automotive industry.

• Pay: $17–$18/hour ,

• Weekly pay

• Full-time position , closed every Sunday and major holidays

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled

• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery

• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms

• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly

• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education

• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations)

• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects

• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification

• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures

• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Confident using computers, email, and digital tools

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

• A team player with a can-do , positive attitude

• Willingness to learn new technologies and vehicle systems

• Discreet with confidential information

• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
