Special Needs Caregiver In Canonsburg

Position Overview We’re looking for someone to be a consistent, caring presence for our 13-year-old son, who has autism and ADHD and communicates with an AAC device. He is an awesome kid with real routines: after-school time, dinner, activities, and rides to therapy. Responsibilities Maintain routines and provide consistent support during after-school time, dinner, activities, and rides to therapy. Work alongside his behavior support team; experience with autism or ABA helps a lot. Function during school-day afternoons and evenings plus every other weekend. Qualifications Experience with autism or ABA preferred. Ability to interact with a child who uses an AAC device. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed $800 every week regardless of hours, with meaningfully more in the summer when he’s home full days. Paid time off. Payroll through HomePay.
