Bilingual Talent Advisor / Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service

Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Talent Advisor (English/Spanish) to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent internal position offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in staffing and workforce solutions.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish , possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys building relationships with clients, candidates, and employees in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
• Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude
