Relationship Banker

The Relationship Banker is an integral member of our retail banking team, responsible for delivering exceptional service, building trust, and achieving retail banking goals. Responsibilities Assist customers with opening new accounts, solving problems, and maintaining account information. Work to exceed retail banking center goals and performance targets. Deepen relationships with customers in-person, over the phone, or through any preferred banking channel. Provide knowledgeable, friendly customer service, demonstrating expertise in bank products and identifying needs‑based solutions. Connect customers to other business lines and partners throughout the bank. Qualifications Previous sales experience and a passion for building trusted relationships. Goal‑oriented with the ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic retail environment. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
