Bilingual Spanish Receptionist - $20-$22/hr - DC

Our client, a public charter school, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend or go permanent in Washington, DC. About The Job: Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for visitors, families, and incoming calls Manage visitor access, sign‑in/sign‑out, and front office procedures Respond to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries and route as appropriate Provide basic administrative support to school operations and leadership Support student attendance, enrollment documentation, and daily family needs Assist with aftercare support, daily resets, and general school operations About You: High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish Experience working in a school is required! Proficiency using Google Workspace About The Position: Start Date: ASAP!
