Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience within the last 10 years.
• Skills Assessment ORO skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 Charge RN references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work every other holiday.
• Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee a the facility in the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to perform thoracic and ortho procedures is required.
• Additional Confirmations Ability to circulate and scrub is required.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 120.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
