Due to continued growth, they are adding support to strengthen their department structure and customer service capability.In this role you will support customer order processing and deliveries, coordinate between departments to resolve issues, update production orders and shipments in an ERP, and create reports (Excel) covering items like inventory levels. xhyhwjd This role would suit someone proficient with Excel, looking for a stable Monday–Friday position where you can learn, gain recognition, and progress over time within a growing business.The Role:Support customer order processing and delivery schedulingLiaise with multiple departments including Sales, Production Planning, Logistics and Finance to meet customer needsMaintain accurate ERP documentation for orders and shipmentsCreate and update reports using MS ExcelMonday-Friday, days roleThe Person:Strong computer skills with confidence using Excel/spreadsheetsComfortable in a busy, high-volume environment; flexible and eager to learnERP/SAP exposure helpful but not essential (full training will be provided)
