Staff Accountant – Job DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Staff Accountant supports accounting operations, financial reporting, and analysis. This role contributes to accurate financial data, efficient close processes, and actionable insights for business decision-making.

- Perform daily AR/AP activities, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and monthly accruals.
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate reconciliations.
- Analyze inventory movements and support cost accounting processes.
- Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports.
- Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Maintain master data (customers, vendors, inventory).
- Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Ownership and initiative
