Job Overview

Senior Partner – Kantar Consulting Team. Location: New York, Chicago or Boston.

Primary objective: Drive incremental Kantar Consulting revenue as a key commercial leader and contribute to future growth by bringing strategic brand expertise, building senior client relationships, and selling and delivering across the entire consulting offer.

Responsibilities

  • Work across the Kantar ecosystem to strengthen and grow long‑lasting client relationships, particularly for the Innovation practice.
  • Manage multiple projects across a range of clients and offerings simultaneously.
  • Accountable for Kantar Consulting revenue goals and a personal revenue target.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenues, and provide activity reports to management.
  • Partner with industry, client, and solution leads to promote consulting capabilities and contribute to thought leadership.
  • Lead design and delivery of strategic consulting projects—including brand strategy, market structures, consumer & demand segmentation, brand valuations, brand portfolio strategy, brand architecture, brand purpose, organizational performance, front‑end innovation, and commerce strategy.
  • Champion consulting successes and recognize achievements across the community.
  • Lead new pitches and renewals, accountable for solution architecture, design, and costing.
  • Upgrade and enhance client deliverables and ensure best‑practice delivery.
  • Develop strategic, actionable recommendations for client business based on expertise and research findings.
  • Generate custom research and analytics to solve brand strategy problems.
  • Collaborate with sales and strategic client teams to identify, design, and sell solutions and capabilities.
  • Lead activities that shape culture (ERGs, trainings, social community).
  • Build and leverage strong relationships across Kantar for cross‑pollination of knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of consulting experience; upper mid‑level management consultant.
  • Classically trained in generic and transferable consulting and change‑management skills.
  • Experience leading management consulting/change‑management engagements such as growth strategy, brand audit, operating model development, and marketing capability programs.
  • Ability and mindset to lead and collaborate with diverse teams of SMEs across the Kantar ecosystem.
  • Experience with AI tools and openness to integrating AI into work and processes.
  • Strong contextual knowledge of marketing, strategy, insights, advertising, media, and creative performance.
  • Appreciation for research, data, and analytics and their use to inform strategy.
  • Commercial executive experience with strong client‑relationship building.
  • Confident, humble, people‑first mindset with ability to engage at all levels.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.

Salary

Salary Band: $170,000 – $250,000.
