Full-Time Licensed Behavioral Health Provider (LPC/LCSW) (Hybrid: In-Person + Telehealth) Location: Cherry Hill NJ (Hybrid – 3 days in-person, 2 days telehealth) Preferred: Dual-licensed in PA and NJ (or willing to obtain PA license)

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, fully licensed LPC or LCSW to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, clinically driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This hybrid role includes three in-person days at our New Jersey office and two days of telehealth . After-hours availability is required , including at least two evenings per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to a diverse client population
• Maintain a consistent caseload with a mix of in-person and telehealth sessions
• Complete all clinical documentation in a timely and thorough manner
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and ethical guidelines

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Current and active NJ license (LPC or LCSW) required
• Dual licensure in PA strongly preferred , or willingness to obtain PA licensure
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
• Comfortable working evening hours as part of weekly schedule
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to client care
