Job Summary:

The Medical/Surgical RN provides safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting. They are responsible for thorough assessments, clear communication, and accurate documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical and surgical patients during day shifts.
  
  
• 
  Conduct detailed assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond swiftly to emergencies.
  
  
• 
  Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain accurate documentation according to organizational and state standards.
  
  
• 
  Uphold confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid RN license recognized by the state.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to work independently in a clinical environment.
  
  
• 
  Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

  Ability to respond rapidly and efficiently in emergency situations.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.

  Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical setting preferred.
