Assignment Details
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 4 x 10‑hour shifts
- Shift Time: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HFLS) certification required
- Recent 2 Years of Operating Room experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
- Circulate and assist in the OR while maintaining sterile technique
- Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with Universal Protocol
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
