Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The position involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills are essential. Acknowledgment of expectations and adherence to patient safety protocols is required. Successful candidates will also maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing education. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration is a must. Candidates must be prepared to work night shifts and manage a diverse range of patient needs. Compliance with all health and safety regulations is necessary for this role.
