Job Description We are hiring a Receptionist to manage front‑desk operations, including a multi‑line phone system, client greeting, appointment scheduling, medical record maintenance, and financial transactions. The role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless care coordination. Responsibilities Be the Director of First Impressions: Manage phone system and greet clients positively. Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions. Advocate for Pet Health: Educate clients on preventative care and hospital services. Embody Compassion and Empathy: Provide a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with respect. Qualifications Passion for excellent customer service and genuine love for animals. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work independently and with direction.
