This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that’s constantly evolving.Position Summary The File Maintenance Supervisor supports accurate pricing and item information throughout the store by coordinating file maintenance activities, price changes, tags, signs, and promotional updates. This role helps ensure customers receive accurate pricing and that merchandise reflects current company pricing and promotional information.Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.Coordinate and complete scheduled price changes accurately and on time.Print, organize, distribute, and replace shelf tags, promotional signs, and other pricing materials.Verify that shelf tags and signs match current item and promotional information.Perform regular price audits and correct identified discrepancies.Review promotional changes and ensure applicable signs and tags are properly displayed.Maintain accurate item and pricing information throughout assigned areas of the store.Assist with resolving pricing discrepancies identified by customers or associates.Research item and pricing issues and communicate necessary corrections.Remove expired or outdated promotional signs and tags promptly.Maintain organized files, supplies, and materials related to pricing and file maintenance.Coordinate with department managers and store leadership regarding price changes, promotional activity, and pricing concerns.Provide direction, training, and support to associates assisting with file maintenance responsibilities.Help ensure pricing activities are completed according to established schedules and procedures.Monitor work for accuracy and follow up on incomplete or incorrect pricing tasks.Support store audits and other pricing-verification activities.Follow company policies, safety standards, security procedures, and applicable pricing requirements.Assist other departments and perform additional duties as business needs require.Leadership Expectations Lead by example and demonstrate accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.Provide clear direction and communicate pricing priorities to associates.Help train associates on proper tagging, signing, and price-verification procedures.Monitor completion of assigned pricing activities and address discrepancies promptly.Promote teamwork, accountability, and consistent execution.Communicate significant pricing issues or operational concerns to store leadership.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling store information.Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to provide direction, training, and support to other associates.Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet established deadlines.Basic computer skills and the ability to learn store pricing and item-management systems.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with store departments.Previous retail, pricing, merchandising, file maintenance, or related experience is preferred.Physical and Scheduling Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive activities associated with changing tags and signs.Ability to operate equipment required to complete assigned file maintenance duties.Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.We also provide a variety of benefits including:Competitive wages paid weekly · Access to up to 50% of your earned wages before payday, via our partnership with StreamAssociate discountsHealth and financial well-being benefits for eligible associates (Medical, Dental, 401k and more!)Time off (vacation, holidays, sick pay).
