This is an opportunity for a skilled professional with Epic experience to join a dynamic team on a day shift schedule. The role requires a commitment to excellence and a strong background in utilizing Epic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Epic systems to support day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and communication.
- Provide training and support to users of Epic software.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to Epic functionalities.
- Assist in optimizing the use of Epic to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Epic systems is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Shift Details
This position requires working the first shift for a duration of 8 hours, ensuring availability to meet team and operational needs.
