Phlebotomist-Float-Tampa

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a Patient Service Center in Tampa, Florida, working Monday-Friday mornings with rotating Saturday shifts. The role involves collecting blood specimens, processing patient information, and delivering excellent customer service at a diagnostic testing facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen logs accurately and timely
- Process billing information and collect patient payments when required
- Travel to additional sites as needed to support operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3+ months phlebotomy experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- Minimum age 21 with reliable transportation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record providing exceptional customer service
