- 10+ years of experience in Service-Centric / Aftermarket Service Transformation
- Strong domain experience in automotive, heavy equipment, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or energy/resources
- Experience implementing Service Lifecycle Management (SLM) / Aftermarket Management solutions
- Hands-on experience with one or more:
- PTC SLM
- ServiceMax
- IFS
- ServiceNow
- Other SLM platforms
- Strong expertise in:
- Servitization / Product-as-a-Service
- Field Service Management
- Service Planning and Scheduling
- Maintenance and Repair
- Service Contracts
- Service BOM
- MRO
- Warranty
- Aftermarket / Service Parts
- Depot Repair
- Service Analytics
- Pricing
- Catalog Management
- Experience with Business Process Modeling , business requirements gathering, and process transformation
- Experience digitally enabling service transformation using:
- Big Data
- Cloud
- Artificial Intelligence
- Chatbots
- Augmented/Virtual Reality
- IoT
- Analytics and Automation
- Experience supporting and deploying service/aftermarket management solutions
- Strong understanding of Service System Integration
- Ability to provide domain expertise to IT teams during solution development and implementation
- Experience leading consulting and implementation teams
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Ability to extract, define, and document business requirements
- Comfortable with 70% client interaction and 30% internal team leadership
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities and identifying business consulting/IT implementation opportunities
- Experience contributing to RFP responses
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with ServiceMax, Zinier, IFS, ServiceNow, Syncron, TechSee, CareAR, PTC SLM, Windchill SIM, InService, Servigistics, JDA, SAP SPM, Oracle, Stibo, Informatica, or Riversand
- Experience with AR/VR and IoT for aftermarket service
- Outcome-centric service transformation models
- Experience tracking emerging servitization and manufacturing business models
- Industry analyst and customer forum engagement
- Thought leadership articles, publications, and industry presentations
- Strong pre-sales, consulting, RFP, and business development experience
- Experience building long-term client relationships within manufacturing ecosystems
- Service transformation involving AI, analytics, automation, and cloud
- Experience leading large-scale service transformation programs
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering or Sciences preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
