Senior Recruiter | View email address on click.appcast.io Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate all phases of our commercial projects, from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal leadership. Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and contract requirements. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services. Monitor project progress, proactively identify challenges, and implement effective solutions. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Mentor and manage project teams and site staff. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction. In-depth knowledge of commercial building systems, codes, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
