Travel Oncology Registered Nurse

Overview Position: Oncology Registered Nurse Location: Lewiston, Maine Department: Oncology Shifts Available: Days Pay: up to $672 – $768 gross pay per shift ; equivalent to $56.00 – $64.00 per hour. We place talented candidates with our partner healthcare facilities with the shared goal of providing exceptional, compassionate care.Paid WeeklyAward-winning hospital partners across the nationDedicated career specialists to support you every step of the wayImmediate and flexible opportunities to create your career journeyTailored career pathway where you can thrive personally and professionally Responsibilities Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols Communicate clinical changes, labs, and diagnostic results to physicians Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care Qualifications Current and valid state RN Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain Current ACLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain Minimum one year of RN Oncology experience required. Pay Transparency Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $56.00 to $64.00. This compensation estimate is specific to Maine and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
