We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in Lang Chain and Lang Graph to develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning and NLP-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, experience working with large language models, and deep familiarity with Lang Chain and Lang Graph frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models integrated with natural language processing capabilities.
• Utilize LangChain to build and manage language model applications, including chatbots, question-answering systems, and knowledge management solutions.
• Leverage LangGraph to create, visualize, and optimize knowledge graphs for AI applications.
• Integrate LangChain and LangGraph with existing data pipelines and backend systems.
• Experiment with and fine-tune large language models for specific business use cases.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and systems.
• Document architecture, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with language models like GPT, BERT, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with LangChain for building LLM applications.
• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar knowledge graph frameworks.
• Knowledge of API integration, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Understanding of semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-modal AI.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to LangChain, LangGraph, or NLP.
