Public Policy Legal Counsel — Free Speech Advocate

Alliance Defending Freedom seeks a Legal Counsel, Public Policy (Free Speech/Censorship) to advise on legislation and policy related to free speech and government/private censorship. You will work within the Government Affairs team to formulate strategies and provide legal analysis.

The role requires drafting legislation, monitoring a large portfolio of bills, producing analyses, and presenting testimony. Travel and collaboration with external allies are essential components of the role.
