Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Order Builder to accurately pick, pack, and stack products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you will safely and independently operate motorized and manual material handling equipment to prepare shipments for delivery. This is a physically demanding position that requires consistent movement, compliance with productivity standards, and a strong commitment to safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately pulling, packing, and palletizing customer orders based on pick ticket.
• Securely wrap and stage completed pallets in designated warehouse zones. Maintain a steady pace to consistently hit required productivity benchmarks.
• Operate machinery like electric pallet jacks, walkie-riders, or manual lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years of general work experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to operate a manual / powered pallet jack or lift product. Good hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and fine motor skills for continuous lifting, twisting, and grasping of products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet (standing/walking) for long periods.
