Travel PCU Registered Nurse - $2,506 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Corvallis, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to acutely ill patients with moderate to high acuity.
• Perform advanced patient assessments, continuous monitoring, and timely interventions.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in Epic.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection prevention protocols.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN License (required at the time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of PCU nursing experience
• Current BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
• Current ACLS (AHA) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent verification (required for CAP moderate complexity testing)
• PCU and basic EKG interpretation experience preferred
