Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary and Responsibilities As a CT Radiologic Technologist, you will perform diverse diagnostic imaging procedures across multiple modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI), producing high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. Your versatility is key to efficient operations. Every day you will expertly operate complex equipment, position patients for various examinations, and maintain records while ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals for optimal imaging. To be successful, you need exceptional technical proficiency in multiple modalities, a comprehensive understanding of diverse anatomical structures, and excellent problem-solving skills. Your adaptability, prioritization, and meticulous attention to detail will be paramount for accurate and timely diagnostic results. Obtains high quality diagnostic radiographic images through proper utilization of equipment and systems Provides for the proper dissemination of information to caregivers and other patient service stakeholders by use of multiple electronic systems for the storage, manipulation, extraction, copying, receipt, and/or transmission of patient information and/or images Provide for a safe environment for the patient and visitors by applying safety guidelines and practices including but not limited to: use of protective clothing and gear, proper cleaning of equipment, following radiation safety practices, patient contact precaution guidelines, application of proper body mechanics, lifting and patient transfer techniques, etc Behave in a professional, collaborative, and supportive manner; and recognize and respect religious and cultural differences Promote and adhere to the appropriate use of human and material resources Maintain a high level of knowledge and skill in all areas of our work. Is timely in completion of organization requirements, attends mandatory meetings, completes educational assignments , and maintains credentials Job Requirements Required Graduate from an accredited school per ARRT requirements Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT Registered Technologist Bone Densitometry or Registered Technologist Computed Tomography or Registered Technologist Mammography Preferred Radiologic Technology experience Where You'll Work In Central Minnesota you'll find quality health care as near to you as CHI St. Gabriel's Health in Little Falls, part of CommonSpirit Health.
