Occupational Therapist Position
Full-time position located in McAlester, OK. The setting is Outpatient Clinic. Pay range $39 - $45 per hour, depending on experience for full-time. Quality-of-care bonus opportunities that include cash incentives. This opportunity is sign-on bonus eligible to be received as cash, student loan assistance, career development, or a combination. AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time. Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes. Part-time and PRN/on-call hours also available.

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Supervise COTA's in accordance to state regulations as necessary
Occupational Therapist Job Requirements
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for state licensure
